Wow, it's now July! One

Wow, it's now July! One full month of summer just flew by.

I was off from work today and it's the same case tomorrow :) It's prob going to be one of the last times I get two days off in a row. Work yesterday wasn't so bad! I was a $1.50 over in box today, instead of $8 on Saturday night. It wasn't as busy as Friday and Saturday so it was actually cool.

This past weekend, I saw hella DLS/CHS people. That's what happens when you work in a place like Central Contra Costa. Friday night, I saw Chris Hesse in box. Sunday, I sold tickets to Ian Chizmar, Anthony McLennon, Alison Gray, Nic Grelli, and Tiffany Lee. Haven't seen Ian in about a year or so and haven't seen Tiffany nor Hesse since graduation.

Not too sure what the hell I'm doing for the 4th yet, besides working for the day. I'm prob going to hang out with Colleen and Cari and the others after work.

Ok, outside of work (obviously I have no life outside of it at the moment)... Registered for classes today. Actually could do it early over the web, even though it said I wouldn't be able to. However, as usual, the damn thing was way too slow to process. Noticed that my housing charges were not uploaded to the student accounts system. So I called housing and was placed on hold. After 15 minutes of listening to the damn university's classical music on hold, I hung up and called housing again. Left a voice message and got a call back an hour later. Damn housing nazis.

So there's my lack of a social life...

OK, I should be in

OK, I should be in bed right now, but can't sleep. First off, if you're going to see AI, at least get the damn title right when you get your tickets! You can't imagine how many times I hear "2 for A-One please" in box. Other variations are A & I, A & E, IA, EA, AE. First off, do you even know what the initials (yes, initials, not roman numerals) stand for. Second, if you don't, then why the fuck are you seeing the movie?!?

What did I do on the 4th? Originally I was going to hang out with a couple of friends, but at the last minute, w/o really telling me, they decided to have a girls night out. So what did I end up doing. Stayed at work. First, a bunch went up to the top of the dome and watched the fireworks and shot off bottlerockets, unknowingly scaring people in line for tickets. Then we TPed a co-worker's car because he was being an ass. Then we lit firecrackers in the parking lot after the last set got out. And finally we drove over to a path off Kirker Pass to find a mine. However that turned out unsuccessfully and it ended up to be a long ass nighttime hike. I didn't get home till 4 and I had to work at 10:15. Luckily, I was in box, otherwise I would be totally exhausted from working the floor.

So there ya go... Finally did something fun outside of work for once.

Yeah! 2 days in a

Yeah! 2 days in a row off starting today. Also have Thurs off, prob going to Great America then.

Work wasn't so bad this weekend. Guess people got AI out of their system already. Saw people I haven't seen in years again, like Dan Brennan.

Still don't know if the dome's getting Final Fantasy. Brenden's announced that they have it in all of their theatres except for Concord. It's going to be another last minute thing. I hope we get it, otherwise our new release will be The Score. We had the poster put up in box on the 4th. Andrew took it down the next day and put up American Pie 2.

Now on the personal front: Had an IM conversation with a friend earlier this morn. Told me some disturbing news about one of our friends. Not the life threatening news or the sort. Just news where the outcome is bad and good. Can't go into any details, but this news has made me think about it for most of the day... how this is affecting my friend.

So what else did I do today. Well what else, but watch Tech TV. Which reminds me... I think I sold a ticket to someone from Tech TV! However, I didn't want to look like a dork and ask, "hey are you Josh from Tech TV?!?" Anyways... found out that Comcast wants to bid for AT&T Broadband. I say yeah because AT&T is already dominating too much in the telecommunications sector.

BTW, it's my sister's 14th birthday today.. big wow. Can't believe she's going to Carondelet in the fall. Along with Jason's, Val's, and Katy's siblings. It's insane.
