Woah! It's been a while since I blogged obviously. Guess work and school's been tying me up lately.
Been clocking in a lot of hours at work for the past few weeks... including my hellish weekend which included working in box office on opening day at Pleasant Hill. Tomorrow, I have an all staff meeting at 8AM plus I'm opening tomorrow. I actually should be in bed right now!
I'll try to fill in the gaps later on this weekend.
Sorry for not filling in the gaps. It's either I have no time or when I do feel like blogging, the damn network goes down! Thanksgiving was alright... just a little hectic. Since it was my grandmother's 1-year death anniversary, my aunt from the Philippines and another from Las Vegas were in town.
Haven't been to work in over a week! I feel great! But alas, that feeling will dwindle because I have to close tomorrow (Wednesday) and Thursday.
Have another exam tomorrow. I should be in bed, but can't sleep.
Just finished listening to an MP3 a friend made with one of his buddies. So I have headphones on, laughing my ass off with my roommate looking at me weirdly.
I have to take a stupid writing test on Saturday afternoon. Damn CSU thinks that most of us can't write so they require us to take a test in order to take upper division classes. Plus this test will determine if you are a retard and send you to a retard writing class, say you're an average writer and send you to a required writing class, or say you're a goddamn awesome writer! You don't have to take any more writing courses! I'm hoping for the latter :)
Sorry I keep jumping the gun... Over the weekend I only hung out with Cari, Colleen, Val, and Colleen's old roommate. We went to see Harry Potter in Pleasant Hill... and we had to buy tickets. Which reminds me, I still owe Colleen $8.75. I would of asked for a call-in, but it was Friday so I didn't bother. Besides seeing HP, I saw Monsters, Inc. with Randall and Rissa on Wednesday. For that I had a call-in. Before that, I have not seen a movie since I started working in Milpitas back in September. The last movie I saw, in which I was refunded because I saw Robert there, was Jay and Silent Bob.
Which makes this an almost good segue... I almost quit my job the Thursday before thanksgiving. I was practically working 42+ hours a week and it was driving me insane. However, before I said I quit to my boss, I asked to talk about the excessive amount of hours I was scheduled. We worked something out.
Well I should really go now. Couple more weeks then it's finals! Damn this semester went by fast!
